Navigating Your Future

My 21 year old son was ‘stuck’.  He had no idea of what interested him enough to pursue and was feeling very stressed by this.  He felt like he was in a cycle that he couldn’t break; that he wasn’t where he should be.  With absolutely no judgment, Leanne easily built a rapport with him. Using ‘The Birkman Method’ she discussed his feelings of uncertainty, guided him through questions, and shared with him an analysis of his personality traits and what he needs to feel fulfilled. Just as importantly she could explain how he feels when he isn’t. He was able to relate to everything she shared; a huge learning moment for him that then inspired him to investigate the career area suggestions made. 

Since his time spent with Leanne, he has gone back to the report several times.  The whole process with Leanne has been worth every penny; to see him engaging in an action plan and looking at the future with much more positivity.
