Leanne Cunningham has worked in education for 30 years as a Classroom Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Instructional Leader and Consultant. 

She studied at both Trent and Queen's Universities and is also a Birkman Certified Professional Consultant. 

Leanne is passionate about helping young adults understand their personality, interests, and motivators. She is excited about guiding them to use this information as a tool to empower and make decisions about their futures.

Leanne is also a proud Mom of 2 boys, ages 19 and 24. Raising 2 sons has given her some perspective on navigating high school and pathway choices for post-secondary choices.

In her free time she can be found drinking tea while her nose is in a book or doing some yoga. She also enjoys getting outside with her dog.
